Job Title Multimedia Production Specialist I Location College Station, Texas Overview Supports the development of creative multimedia projects, providing video production services and creative content support for athletics’ social media channels, video board shows, and team recruiting needs. Responsibilities Create and oversee all creative video content produced for assigned teams. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate demands, storyboard ideas, and execution of content on social media channels and other digital platforms. Plan and create video board content for assigned team’s live home events, working with stadium producers and sponsor/marketing departments to integrate sponsorship moments in the run‑of‑show. Execute various creative projects outside the scope of specific team content to benefit the athletic department as a whole. Coordinate with assigned teams’ staff to develop a creative content strategy that supports recruiting efforts. Manage a crew of student staff for each sport, cultivating their growth and executing the creative plan. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred proficiencies: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition; Asset Management Systems; Daktronics System Interfaces; Cinematographic Camera knowledge. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and videography standards. Strong communication and collaboration skills with full‑time employees and student workers. Ability to multi‑task, work cooperatively, and handle responsibilities during traveling and outside standard work hours, including evenings and weekends.
