What You Bring Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, aswemay have current or future roles which may better align with experience. Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and building plans. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with project teams and trade partners. Valid driver's license and willingness to spend time both in the office and on construction jobsites. Nice to Have At Boldt, we'll help you build experience in: Planning and managing construction schedules Understanding construction drawings, plans, and specifications Tracking project costs and supporting budgeting efforts Leading communication and coordination across project teams Compensation Target Hiring Range: $66,000 - $85,000 annually Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position $66,000 - $85,000 annually ; compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible fora discretionary bonusand participation in applicable company benefit programs.
