Surgery - General Physician

A well-established hospital surgical program about 1 hour northeast of Birmingham, Alabama is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join its growing team.

• Full-time hospital-employed general surgery position
• Bread-and-butter general surgery practice
• Focus on minimally invasive techniques including laparoscopy and arthroscopy (no robotics currently)
• Oncology experience preferred
• Shared call responsibilities with supportive coverage model
• Single-hospital coverage with strong OR access and surgical support staff
• Clinic conveniently located in the local community with easy regional access
• Modern surgical environment utilizing current technologies and techniques
• Collaborative, team-based practice with experienced surgical and perioperative staff
