Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a caring approach while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative mindset to every shift.

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or customers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other restricted areas, verify access permissions when required, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations through proper channels.
• Support closing and opening routines, observe cash handling and high-traffic areas from a visible presence, and follow post orders related to after-hours checks and incident reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
