Job Summary Lead/Master Teacher – child development schools spanning 11 states. Responsibilities Lead and teach classrooms, ensuring a safe learning environment. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities across all learning domains. Build strong partnerships with parents through open communication. Requirements 18 years or older, pass a background check, hold a high school diploma or GED. Complete 12 hours of child‑care training within 30 days of employment. Education or experience in Early Childhood Education and history of work in a licensed center is a plus. Demonstrated empathy, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to meet physical demands of working with children.
