Project Manager I

Pay: $40-$50/hr to start!
Duration: 8- month assignment with possibility for extension/conversion based on performance and budget.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: 100% Onsite in Westbrook, ME- open to relocation at own expense!

• Position will mainly be responsible for leading key initiatives to support IVDR changes in collaboration with Product Transfer, Regulatory, Quality, and other departments, ensuring smooth execution across diverse teams and international stakeholders.
• Position will also be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring efficient delivery by setting clear goals, milestones, ownership, and deadlines, while proactively identifying and addressing risks to avoid delays.
• Additional responsibilities include driving continuous business process improvement, ensuring compliance with design and regulatory standards, and utilizing PFMEA to enhance product quality and reliability throughout the project lifecycle.

• A Bachelor's Degree is required (candidates with an Associate's Degree may also be considered).
• A minimum of 2 years of project management experience , particularly within regulatory environments, is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , with a strong command of Excel and PowerPoint , is essential. Experience with MS Project and MS Visio is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with IVDR products and experience in their global sales is preferred.
• Experience within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industries is highly preferred.
