• Setting: Inpatient hospital onsite with call coverage (Level 3 Trauma)
• Shift Duration: 12-hour days (8am-8am; onsite 8am-5pm, beeper call 5pm-8am)
• Minimum Shifts Required: 7 shifts per month
• Patient Encounters Per Shift: 6-10
• Start Date: September 1, 2026
• End Date: Ongoing (open-ended locum tenens opportunity)

• Active Oregon medical license required
• Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology (Interventional Cardiologist)
• DEA license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in interventional cardiology
• Current CV must be provided
• Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology preferred
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days

• Provide inpatient interventional cardiology care onsite as a locum tenens physician
• Participate in weeknight beeper and 24-hour weekend beeper call coverage
• Manage 6-10 patient encounters per shift, including urgent and emergent cardiac cases
• Collaborate with hospital staff, cath lab teams, and consulting physicians for comprehensive patient care
• Respond to STEMI activations and other emergent cardiac interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to hospital policies and compliance standards
• Perform procedures and clinical decision-making typical of interventional cardiology practice (cardiac cath lab coordination, percutaneous coronary intervention when indicated)
