Enterprise Medical Recruiting assists a well-established Austin, Texas, practice in hiring a new Physician Assistant. The group currently has 4 Pain providers, 1 PA, and 3 Physical Therapists. Practice Details Seeking candidates with practice experience in Pain Management or Orthopedics Provide patient care focusing on pain management, spine, and MSK conditions Perform procedures in-office (no ASC) See approximately 20-23 patients per day in a busy outpatient setting Participate in a collaborative team environment, aiming for high patient satisfaction and outcomes No opioid management Monday-Friday Schedule, 7:30-4:30 pm, with early out on Friday at 3 pm Work in a supportive and transparent environment with opportunities for professional growth and advancement Financial Package Guaranteed salary plus production – earning potential over 130K in year 1 Relocation allowance available Full benefits package including 401K, malpractice insurance (occurrence-based), and 50% health insurance coverage Location Austin, Texas, is a vibrant city known for its eclectic blend of culture, creativity, and innovation.
