Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation

We are a nationally recognized, full service litigation firm seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join our Concord, California office. Our team is known for delivering practical, results driven legal solutions across a broad range of complex litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside seasoned litigators in a collaborative, high performance environment.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and participate in court appearances
• Develop case strategy and provide thoughtful legal analysis
• Work closely with partners and clients to drive efficient, high-quality outcomes

What We're Looking For:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice in California
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience handling depositions and court appearances is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to client service
• 1,900 billable hour requirement
