In-Home Family Recovery Practitioner (Hybrid)

Child & Family in Rhode Island is seeking an FCT‑R Practitioner to complete Wheels of Change training and field work aimed at in-home mental health and/or substance use treatment to keep families together. You will collaborate with a team of practitioners and Peer Recovery Specialists to promote recovery and stability in the home. This hybrid role requires 20% remote work and travel statewide.
