Pay: $22-$26/hr

Schedule: Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Thursday

Location: Clean, Climate-Controlled Manufacturing Facility

We are currently hiring for one Electrical Assembler and one Mechanical Assembler to join a growing team focused on building cutting-edge industrial automation and robotic systems. These positions are responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and integrating high-quality components in a modern manufacturing environment.

Whether your experience is in electrical systems, controls, industrial maintenance, automotive repair, diesel equipment, or mechanical assembly, we are looking for hands-on individuals who enjoy problem-solving and working with innovative technology.

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components used in industrial automation and robotic systems
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to build high-quality products
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical components
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

• Experience with electrical wiring, control panels, or industrial electrical systems preferred
• Electrical Technology, Industrial Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical training preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus
• PLC exposure or experience is beneficial but not required

• Experience in mechanical maintenance, industrial maintenance, automotive, diesel, or agricultural equipment
• Proficiency using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and assembly prints
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Competitive pay: $22-$26/hr

This position is based in a clean, organized, climate-controlled manufacturing facility where employees build custom industrial robotic systems. You'll work alongside a skilled team using modern tools and technology in a professional, safety-focused environment. Occasional overtime opportunities may be available on Fridays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Council Bluffs, IA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Council Bluffs,IA.
