This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) provides outpatient primary care services in Manchester, California, situated along the Mendocino County coast. The facility operates with established clinical protocols and maintains professional standards for care delivery across a diverse patient population. Clinicians are expected to deliver thorough and accurate care consistent with the demands of a community health setting.

Manchester, California is located in Mendocino County along the Pacific Coast, offering access to a range of outdoor and leisure activities, including horseback riding, beaches, and hiking trails, with Bowling Ball Beach located approximately 7.4 miles away. Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services Monday through Friday on a 4x10 shift schedule, with 2 hours of administrative time allocated each day. Clinical responsibilities include delivering typical primary care services and managing on-site urgent care for acute presentations, primarily for an adult patient population. Clinicians are expected to maintain a caseload of 20-24 patients per day and document clinical encounters accurately.
