Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license with strong standing
• Minimum one year of Emergency Department experience preferred
• Ability to manage both emergency and inpatient hold patient ratios and acuity
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (required or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent critical thinking and adaptability in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide expert nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department
• Effectively manage patient care in both ED and inpatient hold areas, adjusting to varying ratios and acuity levels
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly
• Maintain current certifications and stay updated on best practices
