Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Greater Cleveland Area

Katalyst group is partnered with a growing organization is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will lead all aspects of finance, accounting, treasury, compliance, financial planning, and business strategy.

What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
• Oversee cash flow, capital allocation, risk management, and compliance
• Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives
• Lead audits, tax, and financial reporting activities
• Develop and mentor accounting, finance, and payroll teams
• Enhance financial systems, controls, and operational scalability
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, investors, lenders, and key stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
• Strong background in strategic finance, treasury, compliance, and financial operations
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Expertise with ERP systems, financial reporting, and advanced Excel
• Experience working with boards, investors, lenders, or private equity environments is a plus
