Responsibilities Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team. Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences. Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success. Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency. Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision‑making skills, and strong leadership abilities. Flexible Schedule: Full‑time availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail. Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
