The position also involves assisting guests with their luggage and packages upon arrival and departure and for arranging transportation when necessary.Essential Job FunctionsGreet all guests upon arrivalAssist arriving and departing guests with luggage to & from rooms promptlyAssist guests in and out of transportationPromote all hotel functions and facilitiesHail taxicabs and answer inquiriesAssist departing guests to their transportationMaintain the cleanliness of the lobby areaAssist guest with general information when Concierge is not availableMaintain knowledge of the community and area to assist guests with general information and local special eventsPolish and clean bell carts dailyCheck and secure guests' luggageOther duties as assignedQualification RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
