1st Shift Driver / Warehouse Associates in Lansing, MI

Cardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking 1st Shift Driver / Warehouse Associates for a well-established distribution and production company in Lansing, MI. This is a hands-on warehouse position in a fast-paced construction products and equipment environment. The ideal candidate will have forklift and material handling experience, strong attention to detail, and a valid Chauffeurs License.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, saws, and other warehouse equipment while following all safety procedures.
• Load and unload construction materials and finished products.
• Assist with warehouse organization, inventory, and material handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Chauffeurs License required.
• DOT Medical Card preferred.
• Previous forklift and warehouse/material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Steel toe or composite toe boots required.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch and perform basic math calculations.
• Reliable transportation with a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
