About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Publisher Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with executing the sales strategy and driving revenue growth, with a focus on the Comscore 250 Publishers. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in the Ad Tech industry, particularly in the programmatic advertising ecosystem and header bidding. The VP will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders is a critical aspect of the position, as is overseeing major accounts and negotiating high-value contracts. Applicants for the Vice President, Publisher Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years of sales experience in an Ad Tech environment, with 3-5 years in progressive roles involving presales, sales operations, business planning, and sales enablement. The role requires an individual with advanced analytical skills, the ability to make data-driven decisions, and a proven track record of success in sales. The VP will also be expected to collaborate with other departments, represent the company at industry events, and handle delicate situations with professionalism and skill.
