POSITION TITLE: Therapist/LPHA (Licensed)DEPARTMENT: Casa RaphaelREPORTS TO: Clinical SupervisorBENEFITS: Alpha Project offers a generous benefits package, including 14 paid holidays, paid vacation, sick leave, and 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision premium, and group life insurance.FLSA: Full-Time and Part-Time available, Non-ExemptPOSITION SUMMARYTherapist/LPHA, in collaboration with the Director of Alcohol and Drug Services, Case Managers, and Substance Abuse Counselors, will be responsible for case management, mental health assessment, provide group and individual counseling and develop an individual treatment plan.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESClient Treatment 80%Develop, record, and monitor (weekly basis) client's Individual Treatment Plans to ensure progress toward client's treatment;Conduct Mental Health screenings and assessments;Facilitate co-occurring treatment groups;Provide crisis intervention; andProvide clinical support to alcohol and drug counselors.Administration 10%Maintain appropriate documentation regarding the client's progress, services received in individual resident case files; andCoordinate and schedule appropriate client services with internal and external entities to meet clients' needs and treatment goals.Reporting & Compliance 10%Complete and submit time-sensitive reports to referring entities and/or agents; andEnsure compliance with organization, contractual, local, state, and federal mandates, including confidentiality laws.Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands/conditions described below are representative of those that must be met/tolerated by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. In addition, the education, experience, and other skills listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.EDUCATIONMaster 's in Social Work, Counseling, or LCSW or MFT, required.CERTIFICATIONSCAARR and/or CAADAC certification preferred.
