Workforce Solution Partner Senior

This critical role will act as the bridge between enterprise stakeholders and the technical team, driving adoption and optimization of the workforce platform to meet business needs. Job Responsibilities and Requirements

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serves as the expert liaison between the technical team and enterprise stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment and collaboration. Designs and implements plans for new workforce initiatives to advance enterprise goals. Leads the strategic rollout and adoption of the workforce platform across the organization. Directs requests and recommendations from enterprise leadership to the technical team. Assesses and validates innovative use cases for the workforce platform to meet critical business demands. Owns and refines comprehensive documentation of workforce workflows and processes. Partners with the technical subject matter expert (SME) to align bold objectives with technical implementation. Directs training and onboarding programs to ensure robust adoption by new workforce platform users. Oversees and drives change management processes to support implementation and ongoing optimization. Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Nursing, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education

EXPERIENCE

Five years’ clinical experience, with demonstrated progressive leadership responsibility

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. Frequent keyboard use/data entry. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. Rare climbing.
