Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,345–$2,483 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8 days (08:00–16:30) Start date: 08/03/2026 Setting: skilled nursing care environment Travel assignment with dedicated recruiter support Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing PT evaluations for residents in a skilled nursing care setting Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional performance Perform therapeutic interventions including gait training, gait analysis, ROM, strengthening, and balance activities; address ADLs Monitor progress, document outcomes, and maintain timely, accurate records in the charting system Communicate findings and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (nursing, therapy colleagues, physicians) and provide caregiver and family education Reassess residents regularly, modify care plans as needed, and contribute to discharge planning and progress updates Requirements Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure in MA Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team Strong documentation and communication skills; proficient with standard electronic health records Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours for the assignment Weekly pay delivered per week within the stated range Dedicated recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment 13-week travel assignment with a defined start date Support with onboarding and credentialing procedures as part of the assignment process #J-18808-Ljbffr HealthForce Healthcare
