Manufacturing Associate - Immediate Openings in Arlington, VT

Adecco is seeking motivated Manufacturing Associates to join our dynamic team for a leading client in Arlington, VT. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various machinery to assemble and manufacture products efficiently and accurately.

• Utilize small hand tools for assembly, disassembly, and inspection of parts.

• Conduct cleaning and inspection of components to ensure quality standards.

• Disassemble returned units, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quality expectations.

• Adapt to evolving production needs by learning new skills and processes.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.

• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely.

• Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a team-oriented mindset.

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new skills.

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
