• Day 7am - 7pm, swing 12pm - 12am, and night cross cover 7pm - 7am
• Team average daily census of 285 -- 243 AM census plus 40 admits/day
• Hospitalist setting
• Closed ICU
• No procedures required
• ACLS certification required
