Role: Director, FP&A

Candex seeks a team player with excellent interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills. The Director, FP&A will organize cross‑functional initiatives, interact with C‑suite executives, and continuously identify ways to increase revenue. The role is self‑motivated, self‑directed, highly organized, and constantly strives for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models supporting Candex’s long‑term strategic plan and scenario planning to support the company’s strategic objectives.
• Manage investor relations and develop and support executive and board presentations based on findings, insights, and financial data.
• Support development of pricing scenarios for our various business models.
• Lead the development of short‑term budgets and track results and milestones against our budgets.
• Implement rolling quarterly forecasting and track and manage forecast versions.
• Leverage financial and operational data points to provide senior leadership with financial analysis to support decision making.
• Scope and lead financial analysis to help evaluate and support long‑term projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a financial analysis role.
• Excellent Excel/modeling skills and familiarity with GSuite products.
• Knowledge of Tableau for reporting.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs.
