Retread Plant Supervisor

Retread Plant TechnicianSupport retread operations by assisting in managing the day-to-day functions of the retread plant including tire inspection, buffing, repairing, building, and curing processes.Monitor processes for compliance with company and industry quality standards. Enforce safety protocols and ensure team adherence to OSHA and company guidelines.Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising retread technicians. Provide hands-on support and leadership to maintain production targets.Ensure all retreading machinery and tools are maintained and in good working condition.
