Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a 12-hour night shift role. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in geriatric care and possess a valid North Carolina LPN license.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to geriatric patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in daily living activities and promote a comfortable environment for patients.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing License: Must hold a current North Carolina LPN license.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 months of recent LPN experience required.

Work Schedule

This position requires working 12-hour night shifts, specifically from 7 PM to 7 AM, with every other weekend availability and holidays as needed.

Orientation and Training

An orientation session will be conducted for the first few hours of the initial shift to familiarize the new hire with protocols and procedures.

Additional Requirements

• Floating: No float assignments required.
• Weekend Work: Required every other weekend.
