•Collaborate with educators, therapists, specialists, and schoolsupport staff to develop and implement Individualized EducationPrograms (IEPs)
•Deliver instruction aligned with IEP goals using engaging,differentiated teaching methods
•Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and tools toaddress the individual needs of each student
•Establish clear learning objectives, assess student progress, andmaintain accurate records
•Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provideupdates on student development and support home-based reinforcement strategies Requirements
•Valid state teaching credential in Special Education
•Current BLS/CPR certification
•Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience within the past 5 years Benefits
