As a Client Care Specialist/Veterinary Receptionist you will:

• Be the face of the office
• Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Have empathy for both our clients and your team members
• Speak in a clear and concise manner that is easy for clients to understand
• Be a team player, well organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
• Continue to learn and grow with our team

The position includes the following duties and responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments
• Checking in/out patients
• Completing follow up and reminder calls
• Maintaining internal communication with the doctors and staff
• Communicating with clients via phone, email, text, and in person
• Able to answer client questions with confidence
• Troubleshoot client issues and know when to partner internally for escalations
• Other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Critical thinking skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Computer and technical skills
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Sit and/or stand for long periods of time
• Work Tuesday through Saturday

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (required)

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour (varies with experience)

Work Location: In person (Deland, FL)

Experience:

• Front Desk: 2 Years (required)
• Veterinary Experience: 1 Year (preferred)

Compensation: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
