Allina Health Restorative Suites , a Senior Care Campus managed by Cassia, is hiring a Cook to join our team in  Plymouth, MN !Showcase your culinary skills in a warm, welcoming environment where your work is truly appreciated. As a  Cook  at Allina Health Restorative Suites ,  you’ll prepare and serve meals for our residents, contribute to a positive dining experience, and be part of a supportive culinary team .   Our ideal candidate will have 1 year of prior commercial cooking experience and the ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines.

Position Type:  Part-Time, working weekend with potential to pick up other shifts

Shift Available:
Weekends 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Wage Range: $20.09 - $25 / hour depending on experience

Location: 2775 Campus Dr, Plymouth, MN 55441 West Metro 

Cook Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to residents by providing fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.
• Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards. This will also include feature/specials and grill service.
• Inspect kitchen for conformance to government and company safety and sanitation requirements.
• Review planned meals and take note of special diet requests.
• Observe and report on low stock or high-demand choices.
• Assist in orders and schedules delivery of food and supplies from local vendors.
• Observe and report on resident change of condition or changes in ability.
• Perform additional tasks as needed. 

Cook Qualifications:

• 1+ year of commercial cooking/food preparation experience required. 
• Strong communication and hospitality skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.  
• Team player willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Baking experience a plus!
