In-Home Sales Representative

Cox Roofing is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative for our Zionsville team. You'll meet directly with homeowners throughout the Greater Indianapolis area, evaluate their roofing and exterior needs, present solutions, and guide customers through the sales process.

This is a performance-based sales position with uncapped commission, company-provided sales opportunities, a company truck, full benefits, and significant long-term growth potential.

Roofing experience is not required.  

We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively, build trust, follow a proven process, and take ownership of their results.

Compensation and Benefits

• $80,000-$200,000 annual earning potential based on individual sales performance, Top performers have earned $250,000

Earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed. Compensation varies based on individual sales production.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to understand their roofing and exterior needs
• Inspect properties and identify appropriate solutions
• Present recommendations and proposals clearly and professionally
• Build trust and guide customers through the decision-making process
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in our CRM
• Work closely with internal teams to provide a strong customer experience
• Develop referral relationships and additional sales opportunities
• Take ownership of individual performance and revenue goals

Experience

Previous experience in in-home sales, outside sales, automotive sales, home improvement, insurance, solar, windows, pest control, construction, or another performance-based sales environment is preferred but not required.

Roofing experience and experience with property insurance claims, is a plus.
