In this role, you will be an essential part of the supply chain-picking, packing, staging, and moving goods to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.

What You Will Do

• Pick, pack, process, and stage customer orders accurately using pick tickets or hand-held RF scanners.
• Sort, scan, and organize incoming merchandise into correct warehouse bin locations.
• Prepare outbound freight by wrapping pallets, applying shipping labels, and staging packages for carrier pickup.
• Use manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, or carts to transport products throughout the distribution facility.
• Perform quality checks on picked items to ensure correct quantities, part numbers, and packaging standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to all warehouse safety guidelines.

What You Need

• Prior experience in a distribution center, warehouse, order picking, or retail stocking environment preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout your shift.
• High attention to detail and accuracy for reading SKUs, order numbers, and quantities.
• Strong work ethic and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and consistent, dependable attendance every day.
• Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements.
