Hours: Full-time, On-site
Compensation: 50 th -75 th MGMA Salary, based on experience
POSITION OVERVIEW:
A Child & Adolescent group in the Kansas City (KS) metro has an opening for a Medical Director to help further evolve and guide its growth due to demand. We are seeking a player-coach that maintains clinical involvement to identify areas for improvement and can develop strategies for team implementation.
- New facility <2 years old
- Develop QI initiatives and efficiency protocols
- Protected admin time
- Report directly to Chief Medical Officer
- University of Kansas affiliate; academic title optional
- 50 th -75 th MGMA Salary, based on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide quality-driven care for Child and Adolescent population.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing treatment for a diverse patient demographic.
- Guide, collaborate with multi-disciplinary team of MAs, Nurses, LCSWs, and Techs.
- Identify quality, efficacy, and efficiency improvements for continuous, patient care enhancements.
- Work alongside Chief Medical Officer to marry the facilitys objectives with clinical strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in KS required or ability to obtain.
- Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
