Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting activities within a fast-paced contracting environment.

This position will work closely with operational leadership to monitor financial performance, improve reporting accuracy, manage project profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analyses.

Monitor project revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.

Review work-in-progress schedules and job cost reports.

Identify financial risks, trends, and budget variances.

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting activities.

Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.

Maintain accurate financial controls and accounting procedures.

Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.

Support annual audits and tax preparation activities.

Partner with project and operations teams to improve financial performance.

Identify opportunities to streamline accounting and reporting processes.
