AI Safety Operations Analyst — Build Safer Products

Thinking Machines Lab is seeking an Operations Analyst to help keep products safe by default while enabling rapid iteration. You will triage content flags, perform account reviews, and drive policy quality across the stack. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, legal, and safety teams to embed safety into product experiences and improve detection of abuse signals.
