Business Controller

For a leading global chemical company, supplying the materials and substances to a wide range of industries: Business Controller Responsibilities Analyze data, identify operational trends and provide insights to optimize business performance Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency Prepare accurate and timely reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance summaries Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with operational objectives Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement Support operational leaders in decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations Coordinate and foster compliance with relevant internal control processes The ideal candidate is a graduate of Finance, Accounting, or a related field At least 8 years of Experience in Controlling, Finance or a similar role, preferably in multinational companies Good financial analysis skills plus the ability to understand and support operational objectives are required in order to translate complex data into actionable insights An excellent knowledge of Greek and English language are required Competitive compensation package Career development and growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
