About the Position

Exciting opportunity for a Community Health center in Northern California for an experienced Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner. Ideally seeking someone who has 2+ years experience and a California license in-hand. Clinic is open Monday-Friday, opportunity to work either 5/8s or 4/10s. Working alongside other providers and establishing their own panel whilst having a pool of patients waiting to be reestablished.
