Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte is seeking a reliable and motivated Service Porter to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Service Porter, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by assisting with vehicle movement, lot organization, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.Responsibilities
- Move vehicles safely between customer parking areas, service bays, and the showroom.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lot and surrounding areas.
- Assist service technicians with vehicle preparation and retrieval as needed.
- Ensure all vehicles are secured, fueled, and ready for customer pickup or delivery.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as washing and vacuuming vehicles.
- Support the service department with miscellaneous tasks to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles confidently and safely.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing, walking, and lifting as necessary.
- Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus but not required.
