Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Appliance Deliveryand Installation Supervisor Schedule Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, oruntilroute completion. Responsibilities Train associatesonproper installation procedures. Consult with associates and customers at job sites. Order parts tomaintaininventory. Perform quality checks on the installation work to ensure proper installation practices are used. Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materialsexpendedon work orders. Manage installation related issues and provide solutions. Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect andlocatemalfunctions. Install or replace machinery, equipment,appliancesand new or replacement parts. Be responsible forproviding driver duties and responsibilities. Qualifications Priorhighendcustomapplianceinstallation experience isrequired. Validstate issuedlicense isrequired. Must be at least 21 years of age. Experience as a Field Supervisor is highly preferred. Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements Must have great mechanical skills and willingness to learn new things. Ability tooperatea motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent time management, organizational skills,leadership, and problem-solving skills. Pay Range $20.77 - $44.96 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
