About the Role:

For the Love of Basketball LLC/i9 Sports is looking for a passionate and energetic Sports Coordinator to join their team in Southgate, MI! This is your chance to turn your love of the game into a career by helping organize, manage, and grow exciting sport programs for players of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of sports programs and facility activities

Recruit, manage, and communicate with coaches, referees, and volunteers

Serve as the primary point of contact for players, parents, and participants

Ensure all games and events run on time and according to league rules and guidelines

Maintain equipment, rosters, schedules, and program records

Requirements:

Prior experience in sports coordination, athletic administration, or recreation preferred but NOT necessary

Some knowledge of specific sport rules, gameplay, and league operations

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to work evenings & weekend schedules

Comfortable working with youth, adults, and diverse community groups

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but NOT necessary
