Travel Respiratory Therapist - Registered RT/RRT

American Traveler is seeking a Level III NICU/PICU Respiratory Therapist for a night shift assignment requiring 2+ years of experience and multiple pediatric certifications.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required (AHA or AAP)
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start of assignment
• License required if applicable
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
• Full SS# and DOB required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Level III NICU and PICU unit within a Respiratory Care department
• May float to Adult ICU, Med/Surg/Tele, Emergency Department, and General Pediatrics
• Night shift hours from 19:00-07:30
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• 13-week assignment length
• Provide respiratory therapy care to critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients in a Level III NICU/PICU setting
• Support additional units as needed based on floating requirements
• Radius rule applies; local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate depending on distance from facility
• 2 professional references required for consideration
