* Develop and implement therapeutic recreation programs tailored to resident needs
* Facilitate individual and group activities across varied functional levels
* Complete assessments, care plans, progress notes, and MDS documentation
* Coordinate special events, community outings, and volunteer involvement
* Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and families
* Support residents' spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs in both group and individual settings
What You Bring
* CTRS, MMT, or AT credential
* RAC certification and good standing (required if not CTRS, MMT, or AT)
* Minimum of 1 year experience in an Activities Department within a healthcare setting
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
* Excellent attendance and reliability
