This team's award-winning, in-house built technologies are the backbone of Disney's ad business and a critical element of the Company's streaming future!Job Summary:As a Senior Product Manager II, within the Ad Platform technology team, you will be a part of the team redefining TV advertising. You will be responsible for establishing the strategy and drive execution to establish the future of The Walt Disney Company's CTV automated marketplaces and programmatic business. The right person for this role can identify business value, solve complex problems, concisely articulate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders and ultimately drive results. If you are someone who can drive technical strategy and bring a passion for building the future of advertising technology, at a fast pace, this is a great role for you.Responsibilities:Drive product strategy and plan for the DRAX platform including guaranteed and non-guaranteed deal types, auction mechanics, programmatic tooling, and optimizationsOwn product roadmap and delivery execution of programmatic initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and driving resultsPartner with our Ad Operations, Technical Operations, and Billing to understand the use cases needed to support the programmatic channelResponsible for product prioritization, including value identification, cost savings and progress against the broader business strategyWork with Business Development and Programmatic Partners to ensure marketplace alignmentMaintain expected standards across the team for product specifications, backlog health, and consumable user stories for engineering partnersProduct owner for a Scrum team by participating agile ceremonies, responsible for prioritization, backlog refinement, and feature definitionHold a deep compassion for our users, and creatively tackle problems with a viewer-first mentalityEvaluate and recommend investments to maximize the financial results of the product portfolioCollaborate with other product managers to drive innovation in platform services including core ad serving, targeting, measurements, operational data store and BIEnumerate and identify clear business critical metrics for setting annualized objectives and partnering with GTM and financial planning to meet themPartner with the Platform Operations team to optimize the ongoing health and financial viability of our product linePartner with Engineering organization to execute against the product roadmap, delivering on the needs of the businessBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience7+ years of product management experience, highly preferred from established technology or digital media companyExtensive knowledge of programmatic advertising, including SSPs, DSPs, the Open RTB framework, header bidding, and SSAI;Extensive knowledge and interest in innovative solutions within the programmatic space, including AI-Driven optimizations (MCPs and Agentic Workflows), advanced targeting capabilities, standardization and interoperability frameworks (such aS content metadata frameworks and deals API).Proven experience and success in a product role with the ability to demonstrate a record of successAbility to interact with a diverse set of tech and non-tech partnersAbility to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a sophisticated, always-changing environmentExcellent leadership and communication skillsThe hiring range for this position in New York, New York is $163,100 to $218,700 per year, in Glendale, California is $155,700 to $208,700, and in Santa Monica, California is $155,700 to $208,700 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
