This is not an administrative HR role. This is talent acquisition with a sales mindset.

You'll be the first point of contact for future six-figure earners, helping motivated candidates discover a life-changing opportunity while building your own long-term career in recruiting, leadership, and operations.

What You'll Do (Your Mission)

Build the Talent Pipeline

Source motivated candidates through:

• LinkedIn
• Indeed
• Social media
• networking events
• military/community outreach
• referrals and recruiting campaigns

Identify High Performers

Conduct 5–10 video interviews daily to evaluate:

• competitiveness
• coachability
• communication skills
• grit and work ethic
• leadership potential

Manage Recruiting Operations

• Maintain organization inside our ATS and ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process.
• Sell the Opportunity

Educate candidates about:

• uncapped earning potential
• sales career growth
• company culture
• advancement opportunities

Represent Heritage

• Attend career fairs, military transition events, networking functions, and recruiting events to identify future top producers.

Local Candidate

Must be able to work in-office in Cedar Park, TX Monday-Friday.
