Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, and coach Crew Members
• Direct and assign tasks to ensure operational standards are met
• Monitor employee compliance with policies and practices
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Adjust staffing levels, inventory, and food costs
• Conduct weekly inventory checks
• Assist in administrative tasks and document maintenance
• Promote a customer service mentality among the team
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints
