Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Telemetry) Location Beverly, MA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 12-Hour Evening Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Expected 72 Hours Biweekly (on-call hours not included) Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Float to an additional affiliated hospital location as needed Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a Medical/Surgical or Telemetry setting Must successfully pass an onsite competency assessment administered on day one of orientation (one attempt only); candidates will have up to 2 attempts on Relias testing during onboarding to prepare Must be in good standing and have been separated from the affiliated health system for a minimum of 6 months to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in a telemetry or step-down unit environment Familiarity with float pool or multi-unit nursing assignments Strong critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced acute care settings Why Join Us Consistent scheduling with expected biweekly hours providing stability throughout your contract assignment Opportunity to expand clinical experience across multiple affiliated care locations About Concentric Healthcare Staffing Founded and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Concentric Healthcare Staffing specializes in healthcare employment with an emphasis in nursing and allied health.
