Love helping people move more and feel their best? Join our team as a Part-Time Fitness Specialist supporting a dynamic corporate fitness center at a leading manufacturing site in Newark, DE , with opportunities for additional hours at a nearby location.
What You'll Do:
- Coach and motivate members on the fitness floor
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized exercise programs
- Lead 3+ group fitness classes each week
- Deliver wellness and engagement programs
- Assist with fitness center operations and membership administration
Schedule:
- Approximately 16 hours/week (typically 4 hours/day, Monday–Thursday)
- Flexible scheduling to support multiple work shifts, with occasional Tuesday–Friday schedules
- Opportunity for additional hours at our other site
- Temp-to-hire potential
Pay:
- $30-$40 per hour - based on experience and negotiable
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field
- Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ACE, or equivalent)
