Responsible for mixing, matching and applying paint to various surfaces, completing touchups and helping to coordinate large painting projects.## Job Description**Essential Functions*** Preparation of surfaces to receive paint and other finishes and treatments* Interior and exterior wall painting and repair Door and window frame painting* Wall paper removal and wall board repair* Tape and mud drywall* Match paint and texture* Wood deck and furniture refinishing, painting and staining Ceiling grid and tile painting* Epoxy painting* Building paint log set up* Clean room painting* Able to patch and sand in a timely and efficient manner* Some knowledge or ability to learn brushing, rolling, taping and topping* Able to safely use powered equipment such as paint sprayers and power washers* Able and willing to clean all equipment to include brushes, rollers, spray rigs, cup guns, texturing hoppers* Strong customer service skills**Knowledge and Skills*** **Valid driver’s license*** Have basic painting tools* Works well with others and follows guidelines* Provide proof of work status eligibility* Reliable transportation* Comply with company safety policies and procedures* Professional, precise and detail oriented**Education and Work Experience*** High School Diploma or GED preferred* Minimum 5+ years experience**Work Environment** Safety glasses required while performing certain tasks Fast paced work environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments, and shop environments.
