• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with night call coverage; Week of August 24th, Week of August 31st, August 13-30, November 24-28, December 29 - January 2
• Job Setting: Hospital
• Types of Cases: Sign-out of pathology cases, grossing surgical specimens with assistance from two histotechs, reviewing and interpreting peripheral blood smears, addressing blood bank issues including transfusion reactions, performing cellular adequacy checks for Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) and CT-guided biopsies, answering phone calls from clinicians regarding pathology-related questions

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certification in Pathology
• Licensure: Active Illinois license
