Job Title: Project Architect Job Description

The Project Architect will oversee or perform all aspects of design and production for assigned projects. This role involves organizing and directing project teams, both internal staff and external consultants, to execute design work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated manner. The Project Architect will manage day-to-day project efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets and maintain primary billing responsibility for assigned projects to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

• Oversee or perform all aspects of design and production for assigned projects.
• Organize and direct project teams, both internal staff and external consultants.
• Manage day-to-day project efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain primary billing responsibility for assigned projects.
• Prepare contracts, work orders, and other project documents for assigned projects.
• Develop, manage, and maintain accurate project budgets, work plans, and production schedules.
• Produce or oversee production of technical specifications.
• Regularly update relevant project information in internal databases.
• Maintain open and effective contact with clients throughout the project life cycle.
• Assist in the development of project proposals, qualifications submissions, and other marketing tasks.
• Mentor junior staff through effective mentorship, work support, and constructive feedback.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and architectural design.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in producing construction documents.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment.

This role is based in a multi-disciplinary design firm located in Sharonville, Ohio. The firm offers a wide range of professional services, including architectural design, interior design, landscape architecture, civil engineering, surveying, and planning. This is a Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $115000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
