Customer Service Supervisor - Front Desk & Rentals

Vernon Hills Park District is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to assist the public and manage all front desk operations at the Sullivan Community Center. Responsibilities include supervising customer service staff, managing rental bookings, and overseeing financial procedures. The ideal candidate must be a high school graduate with at least three years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to maintain a professional appearance.
